We, unfortunately, cannot guarantee the exact delivery time for our regular orders as it depends on providers availability. However, we can guarantee delivery time in case of our custom orders, you can place your request here.

Can I send my order anonymously?

Yes, of course. Your gift will be delivered with the message card, as long as you do not sign it, your order will remain anonymous. 

Can I send the flowers to public places such as hospitals, hotels etc.?

Can I send flowers for the funeral?

Yes, however, we will need more specific details to make sure your order arrives on time. Please consult our delivery policy here to know more.

What do I do if there is an issue with my order?

What happens with my order if the recipient is absent?

Our florist will attempt to call the recipient or will leave a notification note in order to arrange a new delivery. If possible, the florist may also leave the gift with a neighbor or doorman.

Will you call the recipient before delivery?

In most cases, the florist will call before to ensure successful delivery, but it is individual and depends on the local service.

I am not happy with the quality of my order, what can I do?

Please send us an email from our contact form including the photos of the gift and our specialists will help. The quality claims will be accepted within 48 hours from the delivery date.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds are being processed within 7 to 10 working days.
